Card information:

The Alshaya Card can be used at any of Alshaya Group's stores, restaurants or cafés. For a list of brand stores in your country.

Your Alshaya Card is valid for a year from the date it was last topped up. The validity of the card is automatically extended for another year once your card is recharged at any Alshaya store.

Your Alshaya Card can only be used in stores, restaurants or cafés operated in the country of issue, and in the local currency denomination.

Your card balance and validity can be verified at any Alshaya store, restaurant or café, or by calling our Customer Contact Centre.

Your Alshaya Card can be used for an unlimited number of times until the balance limit on the card expires.

If you wish to continue using your Card, you can top it up at your nearest Alshaya store.

The Alshaya Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
